aim issues

Hi everyone, greatly appreciate any help on this one
I've installed the latest aim, but when i try to register a screen name, the audio captcha wont work for me and when it has done once or twice and i enter the audio, it doesn't work either, is their any other way or idea you have on how i could get set up?

if you can, get some eyes for that section of the setkup. it is the easiest thing for you to do

failing that you will have to go through the painful long winded process, of emailing customer support.

sometimes the audio caption works. It is tempermental.
